"Skating Aids"must be pre-booked online.

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start time. Only skaters who have pre-booked will be permitted entrance to the Ice Rink, where an adult is accompanying a child and spectating this is limited to one adult per child and the adult must be 16 years and over. We recommend that children wear a helmet whilst on the ice (cycle helmets with a strap are suitable, please bring your own)

Concessionary tickets are offered for those individuals who are senior citizens, a full time student, in receipt of DLA or PIP or in receipt of universal credit. Concessionary tickets are also available for customers who work for the NHS, Police, Fire and Armed Forces. Verification of your concessionary status will be required when you collect your tickets. Concessionary tickets are only available for individuals and do not apply to the entire booking. A band system is operated at all times within the leisure pool with each session lasting 90 minutes.

Lido - General Swim 2026 We strongly advise pre booking as Guildford Lido will sell out on sunny days.

Gates will open at 10am to access the grounds. The pool will open at 10.30am.

General Swim - A mixture of open pool, slides, paddling pool and lane swimming.

Slides are open all day during school holidays and weekends, term time Monday to Friday Slides will be open from 15:30 - 18:00

Season ticket holders can use the swipe entry system. Season ticket holders do not need to book.

Adult to child pool ratio:

Age 0-5:1 adult to 1 child
Age 6-8: 1 adult to 2 children
Age 9-11: adult poolside supervision

Children under age 11 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times (aged 16 or over)
